I have stayed there at least 10 different times. Everyone is great. A lot of remodeling in the past year. Many updated rooms just ask. 90% of time I get a room there when i try. Starbucks is attached to hotel which is nice added plus. enjoy snacks and wifi. 7 eleven across street and metered taxi’s at the street. better than hotel taxis on price. Buffet is small but plenty of selection for free with room usually. I asked who was head of the dinning area and on leaving the first time i gave him 200 peso. ($4.00usd) and thanked him. From then on…i can ask for hot food special cooked…anything and i get it…and faster seating when full. Yes i tip him 100 peso each time…but i do this at all the hotel restaurants….they really cater to u…as no one looks mgr. up and tips and thanks them. Try it. 3.5 star
The quality of the Superior rooms varies considerably. Some are refurbed, and are very nice, some are old and tatty, and small. Checkout is a pain, very sloooow, and one of the Cashiers, Anne, needs a lesson in charm and customer relations. Overall, it’s convenient, and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful.
Stayed there October 2008 the buffet breakfast was still cold and very small selection
Stayed there a couple of years ago. Decent price. Room clean. Breakfast buffett was very crowded, but food was good.
worst place ive ever stayed the room was filthy and the shower was the same a total ripoff.all the hype they put on the internet is garbage i rate this place 0 out of 10
I can not comment on the rooms as I have never stayed here. I have wanted to stay here but have not made a reservation. I just have walked in to be told they were sold out. So book early if you want to stay here.
I can comment about the food though. I went for breakfast because they have a buffet at breakfast. The buffet has a very small selection of foods and the food was cold. Very disappointed. Will not eat here again.
