The service in the lobby cafe is very slow, but they will, eventually, take care of your needs. It's conveniently close to Robinson's Mall (walking distance) and they have a descent hotel security team there to look after your safety. If your looking for a place to stay and relax in peace and quiet, then this IS NOT the place for you. But, if your looking to have a place to shower and sleep only, while out sightseeing and shopping, then this is a very convenient place to stay. Depending on my needs, I'd stay there again!
