The smell from the combination fuel oil/wax put on the hardwood floors was overwhelming, and seemed anything but safe. The sheets were all stained and no mattress pad on beds. This was a real let down and would never stay here again. Moved to the City State Tower and was very impressed by the service, cleanliness, and being even closer to the mall, would stay there again.

Stayed here one time. No elevator must walk upstairs. Room had no chair had to sit on the bed. Room was dark not good for reading.
