Have stayed there several times but now looking else where as the quality doesn't justify the price. The same standard is available nearby for a lot less or you can have much better for the same money. Take your pick.

Good for a first timer in Manila as they will pick you up at the airport and have regular transport to Batangas Port and Angeles City. Once you know your way around the local buses are far cheaper eg Swagman to Batangas P450 one way local coach from Pasay P166.

Only stay in a superior, newly renovated room, P2900/night as the others are disgusting. Stay one night while you find some where better/cheaper close by.

Have stayed there many times over many years but they are too greedy and have lost my loyalty. P2900 for a room and then an extra P50 for a towel. Go elsewhere.

Have stayed there twice and it is better than average. Some of the staff at the front desk need a lesson in customer service and on how to smile. Don't store anything there if you intend on collecting it on your outward trip from the country as we had things disappear from our bags. One bonus is their shuttle bus to/from the airport, although last time I flew in from Leyte it didn't even turn up, but that isnt much of a surprise as Filipinos aren't the most organised people.

I have stayed at Swagman several times ower the years.
The main reason I amstaying there is the friendly atmosphere there.
The staf is always helpful and they always have a smile
for you. The hotel have their own travel agency that are god. The rooms are ok. The food are good and the same is the bar. There is bus departure to Angeles City 3 times dayly. The hotel have black and wite cabs cervise that take guests all ower the city for a resonable fare, book at the front desk. they also have airport picup and drop of. Exelent room service.
I do enyoj my stays at Swagman. Walking distance to lots of bars and girly places.
It is a god place to stay-
